On the ground floor there are two bedrooms and a common kitchen-dining-living room space, where the kitchen can be separated into a separate room. On the second floor there are two bedrooms and a study-library, in an open staircase hall, with access to the terrace.
About the project
A private two-storey residential building with an area of 350 sq.m., with a swimming pool. The second floor is offset and cantilevered over the first, which forms a canopy over the terrace, and the roof of the first floor turns out to be a large terrace for the upper level.
The house is inscribed in relief. A terraced division of the site by levels is arranged around it.
The decoration uses white plaster and black polished porcelain stoneware, imitating the texture of natural marble.
