The building is a simple rectangular volume, from which a block of terraces and a block with a landing are extended. The image of the house is based on the contrast of a deaf wooden shell with a black embossed core of the house, a black embossed surface with a vertical rail is combined with the plane of glazing into a single volume.
About the project
The private house, with an area of 300 sq.m., is located on a plot with a small relief. Due to the height difference, the lower floor is made in two levels, which made it possible to increase the height in the common space of the dining room-living room. On the ground floor there is an exit to a large veranda. It is located to the side of the main windows of the dining-living room, without blocking the picturesque view of the forest.
On the second floor, the bedrooms are planned in the most secluded blocks. Each bedroom has a bathroom, a dressing room and access to a terrace or balcony. Thus, each guest has a full-fledged, private space at the top, and a common area for joint leisure at the bottom.
