About the project
The project consists of several zones:
– Restaurant area
This is a reconstruction of the existing building with an increase in the area and height of the main hall. At the same time, the general outline of the building is preserved. In addition to the main hall, the space of a covered terrace with a tree is preserved. The lower terrace is being reconstructed in the old contour, there is a bar counter on it. In general, the composition of the structure consists of a glass volume of the main hall and wooden pergolas shading the entrance area and the area of the covered terrace.
– Beach area
This area includes a pier and a beach club. There are beach gazebos on the pier for guests to relax, access to the pier is through the reception. There is a beach club at the entrance, with changing rooms and showers for guests. The gazebos on the pier are modular, collapsible and assembled for the season.
– The waterfront area:
A wooden deck along the embankment connects the restaurant and the pier, there are sun beds and umbrellas for beach holidays. The passage to the embankment for guests is carried out from the terrace of the restaurant, the restaurant serves the guests of the pier. Thus, the embankment connects recreational areas into a single complex.
